Detroit Style Review recently interviewed Jeff Garner of Prophetik after becoming interested in the eco-friendly brand.
"Until recently, I had never heard of designer Jeff Garner or his clothing line, Prophetik. Garner’s clothing line will be the center piece of the upcoming Green Breeze Fashion Show, a fund raiser for land conservation. Prophetik, launched by Garner eight years ago, is a fashion forward, ecologically friendly, sustainable clothing line, for both men and women. Garner goes a long way to ensure his line is eco-friendly; from the fabrics, to the dyes, which are made from plants he grows in his own garden. And if that weren’t enough, a portion of Prophetik’s proceeds are donated to various charities, including the Asian Art and Conservation Project. Anyone who thinks fashion is frivolous clearly hasn’t heard of this designer with a heart of gold, or Prophetik. Detroit Style Review had the pleasure of catching up with Garner, on the road, to find out more about the designer and his mission" writes Jessica R. Simmons on Detroit Style Review.
